Who we are
HealthcareSetup UAE builds clinics, telehealth companies, home care agencies and other healthcare businesses in the United Arab Emirates. We are part of the Pharmareg UAE group and are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@healthcaresetup.ae or on +971 58 644 7769.
What we collect
- Details you send us. Your name, phone number, email address, the type of business you want to open and anything you write in a form, on WhatsApp, by email or on a call.
- Technical data. When you visit the site, the Google tag records things like the pages you view, your device and browser type and whether you arrived from one of our ads. It uses cookies to do this.
We do not ask for medical information about you, and we ask you not to send it.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the roadmap or proposal you asked for.
- To follow up with you about that enquiry or a project we are working on together.
- To understand which of our ads and pages lead to enquiries, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask to join.
Who we share it with
We only share your details with the services that run parts of this website and with people who need them to work on your enquiry:
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google, which measures how our ads perform.
- Meta, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
- Pharmareg UAE, our group company, where your project needs regulatory or licensing work.
We may also share information where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any project that follows. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.
Cookies
The Google tag on this site sets cookies to measure ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Your rights
We handle personal data in line with UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop contacting you. Email hello@healthcaresetup.ae and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
