How a sale works

  1. Confidential listing

You tell us what you are selling. We prepare an anonymised summary: type of facility, emirate, licensing authority and the headline numbers you choose to share.

  2. Qualified buyers only

We share the summary with buyers who match. Your business name and details are released only after a buyer signs an NDA.

  3. Valuation and due diligence

We help both sides agree a fair basis for the price and organise the checks: licences, staff credentials, leases, contracts and compliance history.

  4. Change of ownership

A change of owner needs approval from the licensing authority (DHA, DoH or MOHAP), and some changes need a fresh licence application. We prepare and submit the paperwork so the facility keeps operating.

  5. Handover

We coordinate the handover of the licence, team, systems and suppliers, so the new owner can run the business from day one.

Buying instead of starting from scratch

An operating clinic or pharmacy comes with a licence, a team and patients already in place. For many buyers that is faster than a new build. If nothing on the market fits, we can build one for you instead.

Questions owners and buyers ask

Can a clinic licence be transferred to a new owner?+
A change of ownership has to be approved by the licensing authority (DHA in Dubai, DoH in Abu Dhabi or MOHAP in the Northern Emirates). Depending on what changes, the authority may treat it as an amendment or ask for a new licence application. We check which route applies before the deal is signed and prepare the submission.
Will my staff and patients find out I am selling?+
Not from us. Listings are anonymised, and the business name is shared only with buyers who have signed an NDA and match what you are looking for.
Can a foreigner or a non-doctor buy a clinic in Dubai?+
In many cases, yes. Ownership and the medical director role are separate, so an investor can own the business while a licensed doctor leads it clinically. See our guide on whether a foreigner can own a clinic in Dubai.
Are pharmacy sales different?+
Yes. Pharmacies have their own ownership and pharmacist in charge requirements, which depend on the emirate and the authority. We confirm these for the specific pharmacy before any buyer commits.
Do you buy businesses yourselves?+
No. We bring buyers and sellers together and run the process, from the confidential listing to the change of ownership and handover. Our terms are agreed in writing before we start.
