What you get

Everything a trading telehealth business needs.

Not a licence in a drawer. Six workstreams, delivered together and handed over in your company's name.

The DHA telemedicine licence

Trade licence with the right activity, then the telemedicine licence run through Sheryan, with every document owned by us.

The zero payroll clinical team

A licensed medical director and credentialed doctors, contracted to your operation. No salaries: you pay for clinical time only when a patient books.

Platform & NABIDH records

A compliant consultation platform with an EMR taken through NABIDH Go Live, so every record lands where the DHA expects it.

Pharmacy fulfilment

Licensed pharmacy partners contracted to dispense and deliver against your prescriptions, including compounding pharmacies.

Policies that pass inspection

Clinical governance, consent flows, record keeping and operating procedures written for the authority's checklists.

Operational handover

Booking flows tested, team briefed, systems live. You take over a business that is ready for its first patient.

The compliant model

How the money legally moves.

The chain every legal telehealth operator in the UAE runs. We build every link.

01

Patient books

On your platform, under your brand, from anywhere in the UAE.

02

Your doctor consults

A DHA licensed clinician assesses and prescribes where appropriate, on NABIDH integrated records.

03

Pharmacy dispenses

A licensed pharmacy partner fills the prescription. The platform never touches the medicine.

04

Delivered to the door

Same day across Dubai through the pharmacy's licensed delivery operation.

The build

Four phases to first patient.

Workstreams run in parallel so the licence, the platform and the people are ready on the same day.

01

Model & structure

Scope of services, target patients and corporate structure settled first: what your doctors will treat, how consultations are priced, and how the company is owned. This is where founders living abroad set up 100 percent ownership.

02

Licensing

Company formation, then DHA initial approval and the telemedicine licence through the Sheryan portal. We prepare, submit and defend every document, and recruit the medical director in parallel.

03

Platform, team & partners

The consultation platform configured, the EMR taken through NABIDH Go Live, clinicians credentialed under your licence, and pharmacy partners contracted for fulfilment.

04

Handover

Policies in place, flows tested end to end, team briefed. You take over a trading telemedicine business, approximately three to six months after we start, subject to authority response times.

FAQ

Telemedicine founders ask us.

What licence do I need for a telemedicine business in the UAE?+
In Dubai you need a DHA telemedicine licence issued through the Sheryan portal, sitting on a trade licence with the correct healthcare activity. Every clinician who consults on your platform holds an individual professional licence, and a licensed medical director carries clinical accountability. We run the whole licensing chain for you.
Do I need to be a doctor to own a telemedicine company?+
No. Ownership and clinical accountability are separate. You own the company as an investor or founder, and the licensed medical director we recruit and credential carries clinical responsibility. Foreign founders can own 100 percent.
How do prescriptions and medicine delivery work?+
Your doctors issue prescriptions after a consultation, and licensed pharmacy partners dispense and deliver against them. The platform itself never sells medicines: dispensing always sits with licensed pharmacies, including MOHAP licensed compounding pharmacies for personalised preparations.
What is NABIDH and do I need it?+
NABIDH is Dubai's health information exchange. Licensed providers in Dubai connect their medical records to it, and your telemedicine operation needs a compliant EMR taken through NABIDH Go Live. We deliver the EMR and the integration as part of the build.
How long does a telemedicine build take?+
Typically approximately three to six months from engagement to first patient, depending on the scope of services and authority response times.
Can I run the business from outside the UAE?+
Yes. Many founders own and direct their UAE telemedicine business from abroad. The local operational and clinical presence is carried by the structure and the credentialed team we put in place.
