Do I need a medical licence to open a wellness clinic in Dubai?+
No. The clinic needs a DHA facility licence and every clinician on your team holds an individual professional licence, but you as the owner do not need one. A licensed medical director carries clinical accountability for the facility.
Can a wellness clinic legally offer IV drips and injections?+
Yes, as licensed medical services. IV therapy and injections are delivered by credentialed professionals inside a licensed facility, never as retail or spa services. That is exactly what the facility licence and the clinical team are for.
Can a longevity clinic offer peptide and hormone programmes?+
On a prescription led basis only. A physician assessment comes first, products are classified case by case by the EDE, and personalised preparations are dispensed through MOHAP licensed compounding pharmacy partners. We build the programmes on that licensed chain.
Can the clinic run consultations online?+
Yes. With a DHA telemedicine licence added to the build, consultations and follow ups move online while the clinic handles procedures and diagnostics in person.
